Upcoming appearances on both the Space Show and Coast to Coast

I will be appearing on both the Space Show with David Livingston and Coast to Coast with George Noory over the next two evenings.

First, tonight I will be doing a 90 minute-plus appearance on the Space Show. It will be broadcast on Zoom and well as live streamed. Instructions for calling in can be found at this link. Scroll down to see them.

Next, tomorrow I will be doing the first two hours on Coast to Coast with George Noory. More information can be found here.

In both appearances the subject of Trump, Musk, SpaceX, Starship, and SLS is certain to come up, as well as the NASA budget. Expect as always conclusions you don’t expect. I welcome my readers to participate, either by calling in or emailing questions.

A slight correction to my previous announcement about tonight’s Coast to Coast appearance. I am appearing from 10 pm to 12 midnight, not the later hours I had indicated by mistake.

Should be fun.

On the radio + September 18, 2018 Zimmerman/Batchelor podcast

The Batchelor podcast is embedded below the fold in two parts. Meanwhile, I will be on the radio for extended appearances both tonight and tomorrow night. Tonight I make what I think will be my first appearance on Beyond Reality Radio from approximately 12 midnight to 2 am (eastern). Tomorrow I make another one of my long appearances on Coast to Coast from 12 midnight to 2 am (pacific).

Every one of these should be a blast.

On the radio

On Sunday evening I will be doing another long appearance on Coast to Coast with George Noory. I expect the first hour will talk about SpaceX and commercial space, and the second on some of the more recent planetary missions, both on-going and forthcoming.

I will be doing another two hours with Georgy Noory on Coast to Coast on Tuesday night from midnight to 2 am, providing him an update of some of the real space and science news that has occurred in the past month, since my last appearance. Tune in for some fun stuff!

A minor note of interest: Coast to Coast has decided to name me their official science adviser. This means they will be giving me more air time to talk about space, astronomy, and other issues relating to science. Should be lots of fun.

And I must say it, for every minute I am on the air talking about the really exciting discoveries in real science, it will be one less minute they can waste talking about silly stuff like UFOs and ancient civilizations on the far side of the Moon. Without doubt this can only be a gain, for them, their audience, and society in general.

I will be making a two hour appearance tonight on Coast to Coast with George Noory, from 10 to 12 pm (Pacific) to discuss both climate science (if such a thing exists any longer) as well as the U.S./Russian relationship in connection with ISS. As always, it should be fun.

This post will remain at the top of the page for the remainder of today.
