Appeals court orders hack judge to dismiss Flynn case
The DC Court of Appeals has ordered Democratic Party hack judge Emmet Sullivan to grant the Justice Department’s request to dismiss its case against former national security adviser Michael Flynn.
A three-judge panel on the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, in a 2-1 ruling, said the department’s decision to abandon the case against Flynn settles the matter, despite Flynn having reached a deal with prosecutors from special counsel Robert Mueller’s office to plead guilty to making false statements in connection with a now-discredited FBI probe into whether the 2016 Trump campaign colluded with Russia.
Having lost his prosecutor, Sullivan had tried as judge to take on that role himself to keep the case going. Such actions by a judge are beyond the pale, since judges are supposed to be the neutral arbiter in any legal proceeding. By taking sides in this unprecedented manner Sullivan should be impeached and removed from office. Don’t count on it however.
Note too that Sullivan was also the judge who managed the whitewash in the Awan case, allowing that guy to skate free despite clear evidence Awan acted as a spy for Pakistan while working as the IT expert in a number of Democratic congressional offices.
The support of my readers through the years has given me the freedom and ability to analyze objectively the ongoing renaissance in space, as well as the cultural changes -- for good or ill -- that are happening across America. Four years ago, just before the 2020 election I wrote that Joe Biden's mental health was suspect. Only in this year has the propaganda mainstream media decided to recognize that basic fact.
Fourteen years ago I wrote that SLS and Orion were a bad ideas, a waste of money, would be years behind schedule, and better replaced by commercial private enterprise. Even today NASA and Congress refuse to recognize this reality.
In 2020 when the world panicked over COVID I wrote that the panic was unnecessary, that the virus was apparently simply a variation of the flu, that masks were not simply pointless but if worn incorrectly were a health threat, that the lockdowns were a disaster and did nothing to stop the spread of COVID. Only in the past year have some of our so-called experts in the health field have begun to recognize these facts.

While I wish it was, this is not over.
There are plenty of liberal judges on that court that can call for an en Banc ruling.
And I think it would go in Sullivan’s favor.
IMCO* the goal is to drag this out to November, to try to impact voter opinion.
Either get a favorable ruling to convict and jail Flynn (so they can say the Admin was working with Russia) or force Trump to Pardon Flynn, and then try to use that against him. This is all swamp politics.
*(In My Cynical Opnion)
Your so polite by calling this “Swamp politics”, sounds like its a board game. This is political warfare of the first order! And there is a specific reason why that is.
Make no mistake about it, this right now is the most high pressure example of it that possibly there ever has been in American history. And the reason why it is that way is because, and I have pointed this out many, many times, Trump represents the real existential threat to the Liberal, now Leftist Democrat party in the realest terms that has ever existed.
This is how our system is structured to operate, political warfare, and is how it expresses itself when under such pressure. Its a good thing.
Trump is undoing and or breaking ALL of the Democrat leaderships programs and scams of the last 50 years. Trump is breaking their stuff in this war, and they do not like it. And he threatens their very existence and power.
All is being revealed, and that is due to one man and his agenda, and that is Trump.
” sounds like its a board game”
Politics, domestic and international, has always been described in gaming terms.
Sporting and board games.
Why, even President Obama stated, “Our approach as the United States is not to see these as some Cold War chessboard in which we’re in competition with Russia,” Obama said. “Our goal is to make sure that the people of Ukraine are able to make decisions for themselves about their future, that the people of Syria are able to make decisions without having bombs going off and killing women and children … because a despot wants to cling to power.”
Of course he was wrong, and did not achieve those goals. But that is beside the point.
