After the electron is pulled over by the cop, he is then at rest. Just saying.
I had to look it up. I think since the electrons exact speed and location are known the unknown, his trajectory, goes to the limit of uncertainty and he has no idea where he is going.
The laugh is always better when one gets a joke immediately.
